We have put this hotel information list together in the hope that we may host your team December 27 – 30, 2007. We are located just one block north of the Quality Inn and Carol was kind enough to forward your in formation to me. I represent two hotels that are located next door to one another and I am prepared to offer you the following choices.
Rooms: Both hotels are 100% non smoking and include the following
Courtyard – One king bed with sleeper sofa or two queen beds.
Inn at Wilmington – One queen bed with sleeper sofa or two queen beds.
Payment: Please note if this is individual pay or master bill for room and tax.:
If payment is individual, it is preferred that the team provide the hotel with a rooming list and individual credit cards to guarantee.
Rate: Inn at Wilmington $99 plus 8% hotel tax / Courtyard Marriott $109.00 plus 8% hotel tax
Cut off date: Rooming list and payment guarantee would need to be no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Dates will be listed on room agreement once room block is confirmed.
Breakfast: Complimentary Deluxe continental breakfast buffet included at the Inn at Wilmington.
Hot Breakfast Buffet at the Courtyard at $7.95 pp.
